Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of confirmed delivery and must arrive to us in perfect condition. All items are shipped with signature required to ensure your piece was successfully delivered. We can not refund your purchase price if we do not receive the piece. Original shipping charges will not be refunded, and return shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you would like to request a return, please send an email and your reason for return.
Items with any of the following issues will not be accepted for a return:
Items with any sign of use or damage not related to shipping
Any item that is returned 30 days after delivery
Items not in the same condition that you received it.
Items not returned in the original packaging.
Items without a copy of the original receipt.
You must notify us prior to shipping the piece to us.
Refunds
We will notify you when we receive your returned item and if it is eligible for a full refund. Please return all items with a trackable shipping carrier and insure it for the full amount it is worth. Email us the tracking number so we can monitor the location of the piece. If it is lost due to the carrier a refund will not be issued and you will need to file a claim with the carrier. Please keep in mind that it may take a few days for the refund to post to your account. If there is an issue with it not posting to your account please contact your bank and let us know of any issues.
